A database was compiled from information contained in the original minutes. On many members, information includes the date and method by which they joined the church or were dismissed from it. If a member joined by letter, the name of the church that wrote their letter of dismission will be found in the comment section. The database does not include all the names of clerks and moderators who signed letters of dismission from other churches.

This data is presented in table form and is arranged alphabetically by last names. The table may be used as a rough guide to determine the year in which an individual's name is first mentioned in the minutes.

The table includes names not only of Bear Creek Baptist Church members, but also persons with other connections to the church. Nonmembers include visiting brethren from other churches, visiting preachers, and individuals who were hired to do work for the church. Comments in the table indicate what services individuals performed for the church.
