Clancy: Then why doesn't the sign say "Among OUR Souvenirs"?
Frenchie: Sacre Bleu, Clancy ... this is not a purrmanent arrangement! We can discuss this later; now, we must decide where to hang this special award from Sam da Man. His meowmie said he planned to send one to all his amis at Tomzrule after Christmas. Sadly, he went to Rainbow Bridge before he could carry out his plan.
Clancy: It were nice of her to make sure all his budz received one. Sam wuz a great kitty; he were one of Shibui's friends in Older Cats Society, too.
Frenchie: Oui, that was where we first met Sam. Rememfur when the Older Cats were planning their Flower Show? That was when Sam made the beautifur garden fur his lovely wink, Spike. I think the last time we saw them together was at Queen Bitsy's Wine and Cheese Festival.
Clancy: I be glad we purrsuaded Shibui to let us escort her to dat party. It wuz the last one she went to, befur she left fur the Bridge. [Clancy wiping a tear from his eye with his right paw]
Frenchie: Me too, little brofur ... that was a furry memorable occassion. [After Frenchie pulls a handkerchief from his pocket and wipes his eyes, he hands it to Clancy]. Now, dry your tears and help me hang the award, s'il vous plaît. I think this is the best place to put it, don't mew?
Clancy: Dat is a good place; efurryone will see it when day come through da door.
After Clancy drives a nail in the wall, Frenchie respectfully hangs Sam's award in a place of honor.
Clancy: Dat looks great! What we gonna display next?Frenchie: Meowmie put all our souvenirs in the hall closet. We need to dust them off befur we put them in this room.
Clancy: Okay, I will dust your souvenirs and mew can hang them.
Frenchie: Thank mew, Clancy. I always thought your tail looked like a purrfect feather duster! MOL
Frenchie takes a few of his souvenirs from the closet, then he and Clancy begin their work.
Frenchie: I will never forget this trip to outerspace! Tux made all the arrangements and made sure we returned safely.
Clancy: I wish mew had taken me with mew.
Frenchie: I was going to, but Meowmie was afraid the aliens would kidnap mew.
Clancy: Well, at least she lets me go to Paddy's with mew.
Frenchie: Ah yes, we've shared many a nipz under Table #3!
